Positive: The price was good size in a gated compound, feel very safe, comms with the host excellent. Apartment was clean, food eating, decent size bedrooms and beds

Negative: Sound leak between bedrooms, you could hear every sound from 2nd bedroom. Parking is inexistent, other resident occupy all slots and the street parking is difficult and risky.as road are narrow
