Positive: Our hosts were absolutely lovely people who helped us manage our visit to the area in every way. The garden was great and we enjoyed being able to picnic on our patio.

Positive: We rented a large room and a smaller room in a big house. The owner was very kind to allow us to arrive after the official hours. We had a breakfast, which was simple but sufficient. We also enjoyed walking around the garden. We only stayed their for a night, so did not have time to completely profit from the calm of the place. The place has a lot of vintage furniture which you may find charming or somewhat worn, according to your taste.

Negative: We had a private bathroom, but the two rooms plus bathroom we had was separated from the main hall only by a large heavy curtain, which some could find bothersome. But there were no other people around, so was not a problem.

Positive: Fantastic period property with wonderful decor. Superb garden and the breakfast was divine. Easy to find and free parking right outside. The hosts/owners are a lovely couple and have looked after their home beautifully and are extremely helpful.
