Negative: Mattresses. Oh my days, We were totally disappointed with the mattress. All of them were bad and they immediately need to get rid of those. It is such a shame that such a wonderful property has even have those Dishwasher wasn't working either

Positive: Very hand to stay for the night. Loads of things around with everything you'll need and close to attractions if necessary. Nice facilities and welcoming hosts.

Negative: Pillows could be a bit better, but overall that was a great stay

Positive: The location is good. Near the university there are plenty of students, faculty, and graduate students. There’s an Aldi and a El Cortes Ingles one block away, so food and grocery is not a problem. The neighborhood is residential, and safe. Public transport is nearby but we easily walked to Plaza de Espania. The apartment is large and clean. Although our bedroom overlooked street, we were not disturbed by noise. The kitchen, laundry machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator were in working order. The apartment has many bedrooms but there were only two of us, so it was spacious. The landlord was helpful, and very polite. My Spanish is terrible, but we were able to communicate.

Negative: Less of a problem and more of an explanation. Upon arrival at the property you need to contact the landlord either through the Booking message app or by telephone so prepare appropriately. We had no problem getting into the unit.
