Positive: Chami's glampings are dope and create magical, unforgettable vibes. It's such a chill atmosphere that totally connects you with nature. Juan Pablo, the dude in charge of check-in and giving us tips, was super nice. He recommended the horseback riding with Mr. Rivas, and the guy who handles transportation was really professional and attentive. The people here are warm and always ready to help out and solve any issues.

Negative: I made a reservation for several days, and since I wasn't aware of how far it was from Manizales, I was really looking to relax but also wanted to visit the city. Juan Pablo was great at coordinating transportation for me, but one day a lady treated me poorly and told me they couldn’t keep the door open past 11 PM, so I had to come back at the time she set. I asked if I could check out a day early, understanding that I wouldn't get a refund since I had paid upfront. I made some purchases and stayed for several days, and I requested to come back another time or to get a voucher for a future stay. However, the hotel's policies are super strict, and in my opinion, they don't really care about the customer. Honestly, I didn't feel well treated by the management at Glamping, and they didn't seem to care about my booking status.
