Positive: Amazing views and location, tucked away, right between Gaspé and Percé. Super host.
Negative: The only thing (if I had to nitpick) is the double cottages are actually quite tiny and the bathroom was only accessible from the downstairs bedroom - just something to take note of if traveling as a group or with children. Thankfully, there’s a bathroom at reception :)

Positive: The property is easy to find. The chalet was new inside, well appointed, and very clean.
Negative: Occasionally, there is road noise from the nearby highway. Also, I didn’t like that the bed used flat rather than fitted sheets on the mattress.
Summary: Clean European style chalet with great views (when the fog lifts:).

Positive: Beautiful surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen/property. Excellent location. Comfortable bed/furniture. Northern lights. Whales/seals from tower. 35 min from Percé (boat tour & hike Bonaventure island to gannet colony). 20 min from Gaspe for fun dining (La Brise Bise). 1 minute to golf. 10 minutes to Le Nordet Spa. 1hr to Forillon for great hikes (Cap Bon Ami).
Negative: Loved it all! Staff quick to respond to one minor issue we had. Excellent hospitality.
Summary: Idyllic base to explore the Gaspe Peninsula.

Positive: The kitchen was excellent, the space was open, light and comfortable. There was an outdoor plug to charge our hybrid vehicle. A container of coffee beans greeted us and there was a very good grinder and an excellent, clean coffee brewer with a bodem option. An observatory allowed for a panoramic view of the bay and we saw whales and seals from there. Sunset and sunrise was fully visible from our porch.
Negative: The kitchen knives were so dull they were almost unsafe. A sharpening steel would be useful. There were no mixing bowls, so it was tough to make the pancakes. To be fair, there was a lovely, huge, glass salad bowl that got full use, but we were afraid of dropping it. To put this in perspective, these were minor set backs.
Summary: This is a fabulous property that we will revisit every year.

Positive: The setting was amazing. The chalets were company and cozy. A details email of places to see and description of all that was in the chalet and how to operate things made being there so easy.
Summary: Truly a magical place. Amazing lookout to see the sunrise.
