Positive: Overall, the chalet has a beautiful surrounding environment and views, yet the owner's attitude and the final check out call did give a very bad impression.

Negative: We stayed at this chalet for 3 nights with 8 people. It has 3 closed bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and two with double beds. There's one bathroom inside a bedroom, another for the rest, and a toilet next to the living room. An open space above one bedroom, called a mezzanine, has 2 mattresses, suitable for 2 more people in a crammed space with low ceiling. So, it comfortably fits 6 adults and maybe 2 children, but not 8 adults. The owner didn't mention this limitation, claiming the mezzanine had comfortable sofa beds, which were just thick mattresses, uncomfortable due to a bump in the middle. For dining, there are only 6 chairs and 2 stools, so it's uncomfortable for 2 people. Upon arrival, the chalet was cold at 15°C inside because the owner had closed all blinds, despite pleasant 21°C outside. She was reluctant to provide heating instructions for the evening (below 10 C!), stating they don't use heating above 20°C in Switzerland, which was uncomfortable inside at 15°C. There were no written instructions for Wi-Fi or practical information, leading to another lengthy phone call. Regarding supplies, initially, she said there were soaps, towels, and toilet papers in each bathroom. However, there was very little soap, leaving us to think she didn't replenish it after the last guests. Also, there were insufficient hand towels (3 for 8 people!), and the toilet paper appeared to be limited for a 3-day stay. Finally, chalet not very clean for the hefty price that they charge. The couches were stained, and the floor wasn't spotless. The comforters on mattresses in the mezzanine were dusty, indicating they hadn't been changed recently. During check-out, she was very late and gave a phone call instead, asking about any damages and the cleanliness of the BBQ. Her attitude was disrespectful and condescending.

Summary: Keep in mind that the chalet comfortably accommodates 6 adults and has poor customer service.
