Positive: Probably the most beautiful and comfortable chalet I had ever stayed at. Everything was perfect!!

Negative: The lady who was supposed to meet us to hand us the keys did not speak a word of English, had no whatsapp, and did not answer the sms messages we sent her. We, unfortunately, don't speak French, therefore the communication was very difficult. However, she was there to hand the keys when my parents arrived and our stay had been perfect, thanks so much!!
