Summary: Amazing location and Chalet is very comfortable and cozy. The host was fast and responsive to all calls and emails. We requested late check out and at no charge were granted. The view from the Chalet is the best from all houses around. The price was fair also. Thank you and we would love to come again.

Summary: Der Urlaub war sehr schön mit der ganzen Familie. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen auch ,,außerhalb,, der Saison. Leider hatten wir einige Mängel im Haus. Fangen wir in der Obersten Etage an: Dort war im Bad die Glasduschwand nicht befestigt und gefährlich. Die Abflüsse waren im Waschbecken, Dusche und auch WC verstopft. Die Kleiderschränke sowie die Zimmer waren dreckig und voll mit Silberfischen. Kommen wir nun zu Wohnetage: die Küche war schmierig (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Türen usw. Durch die Fenster könnte man nichts sehen vor schmier. Die Gardinen hingen auf halb acht. Es war einfach schmierig. Von den Vorgängern lag der Müll auf der Terrasse Rum. Erdgeschoss: Silberfische, überall Dreck, unter den Betten lagen Sachen von Vorgängern. Leider hatten wir nur Kontakt zur Reinigungsfirma. Saalbach ist ein tolles Wander Domizil aber nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft.

Summary: In de basis een fijn vakantiehuis met mooie ligging, Sporen van intensief gebruik, achterstallig onderhoud en versleten meubelen komt de kwalificatie niet ten goede. Geen verbetering t.o.v. vorig jaar. Dit is wel een punt wat meespeelt in ons besluit of we dit huis nog willen boeken voor een volgende keer.

Summary: Prima huis voor onze groep. Qua locatie ook. Enige puntje dat ik zou kunnen noemen is dat de afzuigkap gevaarlijk los in het plafond boven het eiland hing.

Summary: Huis was niet klaar om 16.00 en het was op vele plekken nog erg vies. Ook zijn we niet echt normaal verwelkomd en was er geen enkele rol wc papier aanwezig. Verder erg groot aangenaam huis.

Summary: Prima woning met fijne ligging, een aantal elementen merk je dat het huis inmiddels weer een aantal jaartjes wordt verhuurd. Bedden, meubels en o.a. (kit)randjes zouden wat aandacht mogen krijgen.

Summary: Hallo! Wir sind jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesen Ferienhaus als Gaste. Die Ankunft war ok, leider wegen eines Fehlers (meinerseits) waren nur 5 Betten gemacht, da ich nur 5 Gaste angemeldet habe. Die Frau war nett genung und hat jemanden geschickt und auch die Betten fur die andere 11 Personen machen lassen. Was mir nicht gefallen ist, ist das ich vorher nie gefragt wurde welche Betten aus den Haus gemacht werden sollen, obwohl ich das ganze Haus gebucht/bezahlt habe (auch wenn es nur 5 Personen gewesen wären). Jemand anders hat fur mich entschieden in welchen Zimmer ich wohnen will. Das finde ich nicht professionel. 2. Ich habe die Bettwasche und die Kurtaxe fur die anderen 11 Personen cash bezahlt, habe aber noch keine Rechnung bekommen. Warum? 3. Die Endreinigung ist leider schwach gewesen. Die Gäste haben mir Photos von Dreck unter den Betten und in den Zimmer geschickt. Nägel, Haare und anderes. Die Photos schicke ich Ihnen in einer andere E-Mail. Ansonsten war alles ok. Ich mag das Haus und wurde wieder kommen, aber der Preis/Komfort Verhaltniss ist viel schwacher als letztes Jahr. Wir haben mehr fur das Haus bezahlt (800 euro plus) und das Haus war nicht mal gut gereinigt.
