Summary: Overall very nice. Pool-Water had a little bit too much chlorine, but that is whining at a high level ;) they only negative impression: the kitchen gear. Things for basic cooking missing or very old and used. But that should be simple to improve. Nevertheless, we liked our stay and had a lot of fun.

Summary: Hallo net terug van vakantie in het huis Opaal in de Ardennen. Het was een groot huis met een inpandig zwembad. Vele slaapkamers met een douche gelegenheid. De keuken was open met het zit gedeelte deze ruimte had je met zoveel personen ook echt nodig. Op het terras was het heerlijk vertoeven tot in de late avond. Het zwembad en Sauna was het paradijs voor ons allemaal wat hebben we er van genoten. De kinderen wilde niets liever dan de hele dag zwemmen. Alleen jammer dat de kinderen niet buiten beneden konden spelen. maar ze hebben zich achteraf goed vermaakt op het terras boven. Er was een mooie ruime hal , met traphekje voor de kleine kinderen. Dat is echt aan vervanging toe. (wij hebben het vastgemaakt .) Bij aankomst schrok ik eigenlijk een beetje van hoe het eruitzag maar in gebruik was het een fijn ruim huis. Hier en daar kon er wat meer en beter gepoetst worden en zeker de trap in de hal. Ook gingen de douches na enkele dagen een beetje stinken. Er waren diverse kamers met donkere gordijnen wat erg fijn was voor de kids. Maar vooral aan de voor zijde waar de hele dag de zon op staat hangen er lichtere gordijnen waar door de kinderen niet konden slapen .Donkere zouden beter zijn ook zeker voor de warmte. Ook mogen de ramen wel een keertje schoon gemaakt worden. Maar alles op een rijtje wij hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen super genoten van ons verblijf in de Ardennen.. Fam Jacobs Oirlo

Summary: Een ruim genoeg huis voor met 15. De tafel is net te klein om met iedereen te kunnen eten. Mooie en rustige omgeving. De netheid kan wel beter. Het zwembad is niet heel proper, ook sommig keukengerei is aan vervanging toe. Niet in elke kamer kan er een raam open, waardoor het er heel warm wordt door de zon . Vlot onthaal, de eigenaars zijn makkelijk bereikbaar.

Summary: Er was een afzuiging in verschillende santitaire ruimtes waardoor het zeer onfris was Heel veel glazen met n stukje uit de rand waardoor je je lip kan snijden . We wilden n uitstapje maken maar er was geen sleutel om af te sluiten. Toen hebben we de mensen van het huis gebeld wat op jullie papieren stond en die zeide ja wij kunnen niet komen dan laat je gewoon 1 duur open hier wordt toch niks weggehaald!! Dat hebben we niet gedaan. En erg gefrustreerd werd het natuurlijk want met n baby van 7 maanden erbij maakt dat dot geen feestje is uitei delijk we zijn vanaf 11.00 uur bezig geweest voor n oplossing en het was inmiddels n uur verder. En verschillende keren gezegt dat ze echt niet kinden komen zeiden ze ooo bij de wasmachine is n kluisje. Code gekregen en toen hadden we n sleutel @@@ Ik denk zelf dat je voor 2700 euro toch wel wat vriendelijk en bereidwilligee te zijn

Summary: - we hadden gemeld dat we om 16u zouden toekomen. Bij aankomst stond een buurvrouw ons gejaagd op te wachten (eigenaars waren met vakantie). Ze was verveeld met het feit dat de poetsploeg slechts een half uur voordien toegekomen was en het huis dus totaal nog niet klaar was om in te trekken. We hebben ons dan nog een uur bezig gehouden buiten het huis, niet evident in dit seizoen met een 87 jarige oma en twee kleuters. De eigenaar beloofde wel om ons de schoonmaakkosten van 150 euro terug te betalen. Dit gebeurde nog niet, maar is ook nog maar kort dag. - het huis was dus niet proper: de oven was niet uitgekuist, rond het zwembad nog vuile voetsporen van de poetsploeg, onder de gootsteen stonden een vuile kom met vuil water en zeer vuile snijplanken, eettafel plakte (tafellaken bleef eraan plakken).... - zeer slordige inrichting van de keukenkasten, veel rommel (zowel voor huishouden als andere dingen), vuile schotelvodden - verwarming op de onderste verdieping werkte niet, ondanks navragen via sms bij de eigenaar, die zei dat het vloerverwarming was die automatisch werkte. Op zich niet zo erg, maar daardoor bleef de badkamer daar ijskoud. Helemaal op het einde bij de opkuis zagen we dat er onder de badkamerkast een elektrisch vuurtje verborgen zat. We hebben dat niet meer geprobeerd.... Een beschrijving hiervan ontbrak. Eigenaar had hiervan ook niets vermeld. - de verlichting in de living voldoet totaal niet, veel te zwak. We hebben nachtlampjes uit de slaapkamers bijgezet om toch een beetje te kunnen lezen of spelletjes te kunnen spelen aan de tafel. - een kleerkast in een benedenslaapkamer hing volledig uiteen - verschillende lampen en spots ontbraken in het huis - we hadden ons voorzien om 750 euro cash te betalen als waarborg, deze hebben we echter niet moeten afgeven, op zich niet erg. Zo kunnen tenminste alle mankementen niet in onze schoenen geschoven worden.

Summary: Hoe super tevreden ik was over al mijn vorige boekingen zo super ontgoocheld was ik over het vorige weekend. De chalet was vuil, afgeleefd en op sommige punten zelfs gevaarlijk. Op welk adres kan ik mijn idee kwijt bij Belvilla? Graag een contact!
