Positive: The main thing to like is the wooden chalet itself. Beautiful. It has a great view around the valley, very quiet. The host was very responsive and friendly. Was nice to meet him in person. Chalet equipped with all we needed. A great stay.

Positive: Good value for money, friendly, super helpful host, even took us on a unforgettable 4x4 experience for breakfast. Thanks Pierpaulo. Good location, comfortable, great terrace with a lovely view.

Negative: You may find the kitchen facilities a bit lacking, like perhaps a kettle but you can simply boil the water in a pan. It also depends what you want to spend your time in the evening doing, but Pierpaulo I'm sure will help if you need something.

The chalet is well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated with charming personal touches like paintings, figurines, and other unique accessories, creating a cozy atmosphere. A complimentary breakfast was provided at a nearby bar, where we enjoyed a brioche and coffee—a perfect place to meet locals and start the day. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable information about the area and making us feel very welcome. However, knowing some Italian is recommended for smoother communication.

Positive: The Chalet Il Fungo is beautifully equipped with Lots of homemade wooden furnitures and decorations. The Pictures online don't present the rooms adequately. Spacious with Lots of Love. Highly recommended. Paolo is friendly and invited us to breakfast, visited his refugio and showed us the nearby Highlights. Thanks Paolo!
