Summary: Drove up from Upper Marlboro Md for my girlfriend's birthday. We wanted a relaxing weekend. What a way to enjoy it and relax. We will definitely be back

Summary: We've stayed at various rentals at Chalet High four times now. All the units are older. They're not fancy. But they've always been clean and everything's always worked fine. The kitchens are better stocked with cookware than many rentals as well, which we appreciate. I believe all, or at least most, of the rentals have dishwashers, wash machines, and driers in the units, which is a huge plus for us.

Summary: Always an easy and wonderful stay at Chalet High! Staff is friendly & helpful! We love the access to Lake Laura, as well as the indoor saltwater pool/hot tub & sauna. There are great hikes and other activities nearby! If you’re looking for a place to get away, give them a try!

Summary: Great staff! They were very friendly and helpful. The place was better than i had expected. Tons of space and very clean. My kid definitely enjoyed the warm saltwater pool :)

Summary: The heat pump was very noisy, we could not sleep well. We had two teenagers, they too could not sleep well because of the noise. I told the rental office about the heat pump noise shortly after I checked into the property, the office person told me that there was nothing she could do the make the it quiet.

Summary: Although the carpet in front of the stairs was a bit dirty, everything was great overall. I’ve visited several times, and the staff at the counter are always friendly.

Summary: When checking in, we were not given the accommodation we had paid for. However the office did correct..Tha faucet is the kitchen leaked from the handle and we had to use towels. Then the dishwasher leaked all under the sink last night and we used towels to help. Maintenance came and agreed to move us but it was already pass 9. The sauna never worked and it would have been amazing after the slopes. The floor in the basement is filthy when the kids wanted to use the pool set. Which tracked dirt everywhere.
