Positive: The property is very clean and located in a affluent road, I have stayed here many times Only few things I could write for suggestions rather than Negative as there are far more positives in regards to the chalet, Soo my main concerns were; no Washing machine, management have changed the WiFi provider and now have a toggle which is not the best given the rural area hence limited reception as it is & my last when is the rise of the price from £89 to £138, don’t get me wrong for a stay over it is well worth the price compared to hotels ie space wise 2 bedrooms , parking , desirable area however I stay for longer trips soo feel the jump but have still paid but as a single resident can opt for hotel for same price but as mentioned for couples and family it is desirable and far more accommodating than a hotel would be space and amenities wise it would be like having a suite.
Negative: I think I have mentioned above just the washing machine absence , WiFi connection and price increase

Positive: There were some very nice features in the property
Negative: There were no curtains, or roof blinds. There was no welcome book/folder, no instructions on using appliances [such as induction hob, dishwasher - we don't all have one]. The TV remote had been hidden. We could not connect to the WiFi despite multiple attempts. The description quoted Air-conditioning, NO - heating only, it quoted a washing machine - NO a dishwasher, it quoted a garden view - NO our view was of a building site. The was only just enough cutlery for 2 people when the property boasts 4 bed. There were cobwebs in all the kitchen cupboards, and behind the TV. One saucepan. The shower temperature control was not able to be cooled down, There was litter all around the grounds, [rubber gloves, a sock, poop bags, a water bottle], there was what appeared to be fly tipping on the building site, the grounds were not secure for our dogs, they could access the building site directly. The inside of the property could do with some finishing off, i.e. open hole in the ceiling where electrical cables were, partially finished painted walls, damaged walls.

Negative: Needs some maintenance, old WiFi router and wiring left on kitchen bench, baseboard in kitchen fell out from underneath the benches, shower temp didn’t seem to be adjustable, no windows upstairs to open to allow fresh air into house, was very hot at night.
Summary: Good location, worked for our requirement of a short stay, wouldn’t stay for longer than a few days though

Positive: I can't complain about any aspect of our stay in Gerrards Cross, the chalet was lovely, everywhere was clean and everything we needed was there for us. It's in a superb location for London and great value for money in such a beautiful location. Communication with the chalet was spot on and I'm more than happy to recommend to anyone

Positive: Nice quiet location. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom. Clear communication and instructions. Plenty of parking right outside. Plenty of space for 3 adults.
Negative: A few tweaks would make the chalet even better. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, pots and pans etc. The smaller bedroom doesn't have any storage. But don't let the odd negative comment put you off. This place is great.
