Summary: Communication with owners was easy and they were very welcoming and helpful. The chalet itself was absolutely great. Very complete and all good quality materials. It was better than the pictures could show. Next time when we're planning to go to Gérardmer, it'll definitely be in this chalet.

Summary: It was a wonderful vacation thanks to a lovely house and a perfect location. The house was warm, cosy and comfortble and the view on the lake was magnificent. Great garden for the children to play in. Friendly owners. Perfect for a summer vacation and I think perfect in winter as well.

Oustanding rental property! Owners are very responsive (both via Email and phone). Well-maintained property will all needed amenities. High speed internet available at no charge. We spent 1 month in this property in June 2007 and had an excellent time. Everything was exactly as described. The chalet's location is perfect for daily trips to Alsace, Black Forest, Northern Switzerland, Haut de Saone, and all the vosges and Lorraine area. Within 1 hour of all main attractions. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!"
