Positive: Never had a better view the ride up is long but if you like a nice morning view I cannot see many better places, the place ia huge easily accomodates 6 people.

Negative: The bottom door was hard to open needs fixing as it was confusing to know which door to use, I finally open the one above and got inside

Negative: The landscaping was overgrown weeds. Some along the outside steps made them not as easy to use.
