Positive: Our stay at Chalet Etna Milo was excellent. The chalet was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature. However, that was not the reason why our stay was so memorable. The hospitality of the hosts, Rosella and Nino, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived in Italy, they made us feel at home. That was partly because of the little things Rosella did for us, like surprising us with a nice treat at our arrival. They also helped us out when we got in trouble at the airport, when the car we had reserved was cancelled. Don’t look any further. Just book this chalet. You’ll feel as welcome as we did.

Positive: Our experience was just great, it exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to stay just one night but at the end we stayed three. The host was amazing, suggesting great restaurants / places to visit in the area and being available any time we needed. We will surely come back.
