Positive: Really lovely place. Calm and beautiful forest. Everything was amazing! Sitting next to the fire and watching starts is something any would love
Negative: I was trying my best to turn off the street lanterns next to the apartment - but no luck. Had to sleep with lights turned on most part of the night.

Positive: Wooden house with a modern touch, leather couch and a full wood table.
Negative: Instead of giving us the passcode ahead of time, I was told to "call again" when I get there. Location was nothing special. Outside of town, terrible road to the property, not a lot of sun, gloomy and the only thing close for a walk is Dospat dam wall. No one there on arrival, had to call 3 times for different things, no clear information ahead of time about any sort of service, food, kitchen or heating. There is a place to cook inside but the fridge is 15L hotel style so you can't put anything in it. Also the kitchenware was in a poor quality. Found out there is a "common area" with a bigger fridge on day two. Honestly, for people who prefer the outdoors and like to camp, we still have no idea why this place costs so much! The owner (I assume) showed up the last day when we were leaving and asked "all good?" :)
Summary: Felt like a waste of time and money

Positive: Quite, beautiful location in the nature Great facilities, clean and comfy Would definitely go again !!
Negative: There were street dogs and cats which constantly visited us , especially when we BBQ-ed. They didn’t cause any problems but we were cautious all the time and could not eat outside. The last 500m of the road to the villa are very choppy, you’d need a higher vehicle
Summary: Wonderful escape in the forest by a lake
