Positive: We were welcomed by a warm-hearted host and everything we needed was provided by her. It was one of cleanest and coziest places we have visited around the world. Sisi also left some cards for the subway and the station was surprisingly close to the villa. We felt at home in Madrid with a good free parking and cold beer in the fridge. Amazing! 🫶🏻

Positive: It was kind of difficult to find the property because the GPS send you somewhere else, and then we tried and tried to get the key but we were trying the wrong lock box. Once we figured out it was easy

Negative: The area is not the nicest. A lot of people sleeping in the streets. But the location is really good: metro station 5 minutes walk, grocery store 10 minutes walk. Not a lot of restaurant nearby. Even with people sleeping in the street I didn't feel unsafe at all.

Positive: Well equipped and clean house in residential area. Near metro. Host was helpful answering questions at initial booking stage.

Negative: Had to ring host for keypad code as no reply to email and would have appreciated mobile not landline as called from UK. Also, it would have been helpful to have mobile ask a few questions during stay as no information about facilities in the area. Cloakroom door did not close. Barking dog next door when left on its own.
