We’re happy to welcome you to Chalet Chelsea! Guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, pet-friendly home.
Enjoy stretching out in an 1800 sq ft home for a fraction of the price of local hotels. Three-floors of living space. Comfortably sleeps 8. Infants do not require an additional charge. 5 beds, futon, pullout sofa. Plenty of space for blowup mattress or pack n play (we do not provide). 3 baths - one full, two 3/4. Deck. Note: staircases have openings and will require young child supervision.
Per town permit and ordinance - no more than 8 guests allowed.
We have a brand new deck available for your enjoyment with chairs, benches, and rocking chairs.
GETTING AROUND
We are located 3 miles from downtown Wilmington and a short 9 miles from Mt. Snow. 🎿❄️🏂
Plenty of parking.

Check out the FREE “MOOver” bus line for transportation from Wilmington to Mount Snow.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Dirt road managed by town. Cluster of houses but spaced apart well. Neighbors have sheep. We do have bears, deer, and other wildlife in the area. NO HUNTING on on 1.5 acre property. 300 yards to snowmobile trail access. 1/2 mile to Molly Stark State Park. Too many hiking trails to count! 1 mile to Lake Raponda. 3 miles to downtown Wilmington. 5.5 miles to Wilmington Reservoir. About 15 minutes from Mount Snow. 17 miles to Stratton. Parking available for 6 vehicles.

Summary: One of the most homie short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Owners were wonderful and able to be flexible for some travel issues that came up last minute. Our three teenage boys were very impressed

Summary: The house was a good 15-20 min each way to Mt snow with the traffic in the morning. Was convenient to Shaw’s which was down the road. We had issues with the wifi on a few occasions and I couldn’t work from the house 2 days and the kids couldn’t hook up their ps5 downstairs. We tried to work with the owner to get it going but it never happened. Not sure it was a local problem due to a storm or spotty coverage or lack of bandwidth. Other than that. The house was wonderful. Plenty of blankets. Plenty of plates n extra spices etc The property was large for our dogs loved roaming it. Overall a great house n great location for a ski vaca.

Summary: This home is very spacious and has everything you need. Nice, large dining table to accommodate lots of people. Plenty of games to play. The bed in the bedroom off the kitchen was extremely comfortable. The two beds upstairs aren't quite as soft as the one off the kitchen so if you like harder mattresses, I would suggest sleeping up there. My one suggestion (certainly not a complaint) for the owner is to put some sort of curtain/blinds on the door that leads out to the deck in the bedroom off the kitchen. Otherwise it feels like someone could come on the deck and look right in on you. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!
