Positive: Great location near the beach and restaurants. Very convenient for 3 local supermarkets. Also liked the shared swimming pool especially as it had a baby pool as well. Loved the barbecue which we used a lot. All in all it had everything we needed for a family holiday home. The bungalow is in a small private complex and perfect for my 2 young grandchildren. The owner of the property, José , was particularly helpful and friendly. He was easy to contact if we had any problems or concerns. In fact towards the end of our stay, there was a problem with the hot water boiler which José replaced within a couple of hours! Excellent!

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like !we didn’t like!

Summary: Was a great house for a self catering holiday - great location and would recommend it to anyone!

Positive: Location was fabulous, quiet urbanisation & shared pool, short walk to Son Xoriguer beach and also to Cala n Bosch beach & the marina. Supermarket next door and others 5 mins away selling all you need. Lovely terrace area for relaxing, eating in the evening. Apartment very comfortable and relaxing with everything you need for a stay away. BBQ was a bonus and very glad for the air con in the bedrooms as it was very hot and humid in Sept when we visited. Jose the host very helpful and quickly responded to messages and kept us informed about arrangements beforehand. Also very helpful that he allowed a much earlier check in with no additional charge. Lovely place to stay if you are in the area both for families and couples. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.

Positive: Good size rooms, excellent outside eating and relaxing areas, excellent pool and children’s pool.

Negative: Some of the pathways on site were uneven

Summary: Very enjoyable relaxing family week, used the pool every day except when on beach or in water park, good location.
