Positive: Beautiful Chalet with lots of space. The hosts were extremely helpful with excellent communication. I can highly recommend staying here. There were several comments on booking.com regarding the beeping of trains. Yes, we did hear the beeping, but it did not bother us, and there are no trains overnight.

Negative: We booked from Australia, and the booking.com site was not clear about the sauna and wellness room incurring an extra charge. We didn't end up using this, but if this is important to you, you need to be prepared to pay extra.

Positive: Beautiful property (Excellent Craftsmanship). Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Quiet location. Excellent water quality and pressure. Plenty of hot water. Free WIFI. Sauna Room was amazing. Host gifted us a bottle of Prosecco (very nice touch), and she was very responsive to messages.

Negative: No microwave. Advertized price is misleading. Extra Charges! (for Sauna Room, Taxes, Security Deposit, Money transfer fees, etc.). Host never met us in person, (but she did check in with us via messages, and the details were easy enough to figure out on our own).

Summary: Beautiful Chalet with plenty of room in quiet neighborhood. Sauna Room is amazing.

Positive: Beautiful, new house with large glass windows. Comfortable dining space, kitchen and living room. Four comfortable bedrooms, two on the first floor and two on level -1. Plus four bathrooms. There is also a sauna on level -1 and a relaxation area (for an additional small fee). Plus a small garden. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Close to GaPa and Mittenwald.

Positive: The chalet's location was excellent, with an impressive view. It was also very comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Negative: The accommodation's only drawback was that two bedrooms were situated underground, with no view of the outside.
