Positive: A spacious house in between the low and the high Tatra's with lots of light and great views where you can experience peace and rest. Beautifull terrace at the back of the house looking out over fields and green hills. A lovely spot for a quiet breakfast alone or with two in the sun at the small table especially when a soft wind is blowing. :) Great view also through the high windows from the landing, where there is a small sitting area to sip a glass of wine you can store in the small wine cooler. The beds were made and enough towels provided. Good matrasses - hard enough for people who have had problems with their back :). There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. There’s an oven as well as a microwave and electric kettle. Friendly owner who responds quickly to any questions or requests. When we asked for a small bedside table and nightlamp for the small fourth room (which was a bit bare), he brought it within 24 hours. All three other (bigger) bedrooms with double beds were fully equipped. We had access to all four rooms so our three young adult children all had there own bedroom. (When you are a small party some rooms might be locked – check with the owner in advance!) Almost all the windows offer nice views but that might change in the future since the now off-road path is meant to become a street full of houses. The back view however should remain unaltered.

Negative: Overall the house is clean, but some surfaces were really dusty like the tops of the dustbins, the coffee machine, the electric kettle … The air-conditioning was a bit disappointing. There is a ventilation-system which might cool the air a bit but it’s not like you can choose to have 21°C all the time. On sunny days we had 24.5 °C which was a bit warm to sleep in. We think the house is equipped for maximum 6 grown-ups and maybe one or two children. Although there are enough beds we wouldn’t recommend 9 grown-ups to stay there for a longer period since there’s not enough room at the dining table or the sitting area. We were a family of 5 so we were fine. :) The highway is close by which is practical when you want to visit places but it also means there is never complete silence although that didn’t disturb us too much. There are no camera’s in the house (as said in another review) but there are some surveillance camera’s outside which didn’t trouble us too much but you have the right to know in advance.

Negative: I booked Chalet Aria in Hybe via Booking.com for a party of four adults (4th-6th August 2025), clearly requiring at least three rooms and two bathrooms for two nights, as advertised: a spacious villa with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The listing described the entire villa, complete with a sun terrace, garden, and free WiFi. Upon arrival around 7pm after our flight, we were shocked to be given access to only two double rooms and a single bathroom, the other two rooms were locked. The owner informed us on the phone he only rents out individual rooms, contradicting both the online description and our booking confirmation for the entire property. The owner said he would send his cleaner within the hour. After much waiting, two people eventually arrived close to midnight but refused to open another room unless we agreed to pay extra for what turned out to be a tiny box room. We refused, pointing out that this was not the agreement. They phoned the owner who eventually offered to unlock the box room but not the room with the additional bathroom, which he said was out of order due to damage from previous guests. At this point, it was clear the property did not meet the specifications advertised or those we had booked. In the morning we decided there was no point in staying, our planned busy itinerary for the day was ruined. I messaged the owner early in the morning to say we would vacate the property by around 10am and not return, given the situation. We received no response before leaving, nor at any point since—and it has now been over a week since our departure. Thankfully, the next property we booked on Booking.com was excellent, as was the other full property booking, but we are still waiting for a refund for this disappointing experience. Booking.com, please review this listing to ensure future travellers are not potentially misled or inconvenienced in the same way.

Positive: Outstanding accomodation in the hearth of Slovakia! Brand new, very modern spatoius luxury house. Well designed and build with attention to details. Perfect place to rest, load batteries and expolore Poprad, Strybskie Pleso, Rużomberk, Liptovski Mikulas, Jasna. We were very happy that we Spende our time in this excellent accomodation. True gem. Pluses: + secure and very good location in the outskirts of Hebe. The house is surrounded by green fields with view on Mountains and not poluted by city lights, + FULLY equiped luxiours house, + really big terrace, + toillet on each floor, + quaranted comfort, peace and quiet,
