Positive: Our room was spacious and clean with some original decor features, giving it a very individual feel. Breakfast was served in a beautifully appointed room downstairs. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. We did not see any other members of staff during our visit.

Negative: Our room was not very warm when we arrived but heated up quite efficiently when we put the heater on. It was out of season (February) but we were disappointed that neither the bar nor the restaurant was open. The hotel advertises spa facilities but these were available only at considerable additional cost.
