Positive: "Nirvana Girl" was lovely and very helpful! Breakfast was good, dinner was excellent, unfortunately they don't serve it every day, and there is no restaurant nearby

Negative: The hotel is a little bit isolated, but still an a gorgeous location

Positive: Incredible location, beautiful pool, very helpful and kind staff, wonderful massage

Negative: The room was very small, some of the facilities were out of service, we were only told when we arrived that normal dinner service wasn’t offered on one of our nights, very expensive. Not the hotel’s fault, but a huge number of wasps and mosquitoes.

Negative: Wifi in our room poor - which was fine for our stay, but might not be suitable for others. Wifi main bit and around pool was great.

Positive: Everything about this place is perfect. If you have the opportunity to go, you must. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the three staff - on reception, cocktails and cooking. Plus, the bonus hugs from the Golden Retriever mascot Lilly. We'll be back as soon as we can!

Positive: The location and the castle are beautiful

Negative: The hotel needs immediate renovation because it is quite outdated. It has everything to be an ideal stop for quality travelers, but it certainly needs to be managed by a more professional group.
