Summary: Amazing stay at this beautiful chateau - the owners were so thoughtful and service-minded. We were blown away by how beautiful the property and the room was. Lovely breakfast and location. Short walking-distance to Saumur and also lots of nice wine-producing chateaus nearby to visit for tastings. Would definitely come back!

Summary: WOW, what an amazing place! We stayed for one night as part of a big birthday celebrations, but wish we’d stayed longer. It’s absolutely beautiful. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back 🥰❤️

Summary: This was truly a gem within walking distance to the town centre. We adored the gardens, lobby and resting areas, and the spacious room and the pool. The interior furnishings were luxurious. The owners have great pride in the place and attention to detail shows at every corner. The only letdown was the small number of staff, that impacts the service a bit. Still it is excellent value nd recommend to stay more than a couple days to truly enjoy the place.

Summary: This was an absolute DREAM! What a beautiful hotel. It did not feel like a hotel, it was more of a luxury bed and breakfast. It is a true chateau in the heart of the city and it is just beautiful. The town of Saumur is only a 5 min walk away. It is also only 5 min walk to the main city mall. The rooms are so clean and cozy and the staff is so wonderful especially Ines. She was so kind and helpful. Every room is so special and the chateau is so fun to explore. The spa in the hotel is just the icing on the cake. If you are a hotel guest it is free to use the amenities for one hour each day. It was truly so special and the best stay.

Summary: 10 mins walk from the town centre, free and easy secure parking. A very imposing house with history and character. Comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. OK breakfast but pricey for EUR20.
