Positive: The surroundings of the castle.

Negative: The fact that we could not really enjoy the interior spaces, access only to the corridor to the room. The layout of the room isn't great with WC directly visible from the bed. They are clearly understaffed.

Summary: Cute surroundings but doesn't give you the castle experience.

Negative: Waited almost an hour for our room on arrival. Seemed totally unorganised, asked the same questions numerous times.

Negative: Even though such an amazing building i really believe is not suitable for hotel accommodation! From my perspective no mention what standard hotel has each room must have -good air circulation or ventilation. Indeed there was a window (really tiny one) but soo many flies, spider etc!! -no metter big or small fridge must be in the room! Unless is hostel!!! - spider web en spiders all over the place, in the room at hall etc!! - booked double bed but instead got two single bed attached each other and huge gap between! -breakfast is literally with : one type of cheese (1 slice pp), nutella, jam, bread and ham!! ( coffee, tea , fruit juice and expired date taste chocolate milk) - really min amount of towel!
