Summary: Our 4th trip to this wonderful hotel which doesn’t disappoint. we had a room upgrade to Josephine looking out towards Reims. Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom. Made use of the hot tub before drinks on the terrace and dinner. Huge bed too! Wonderful.

Summary: Excellent location, beautiful property, welcoming customer service. Couple of remarks: when serving lunch or any appetizers, would be nice to get napkins or paper towel, same with morning coffee: spoon would also be useful :)

Summary: Beautiful location and setting. We were disappointed when we arrived after a long day of travel and were unable to use the restaurant or bar due to a private party and restaurants in town were closed until dinner. The room - bed and bathroom were great, other furniture in the room (ie chairs) were not useable
Chul Hong Mar 2, 2026 10:08:10 AM
Summary: It’s too cold in the room
Ian Feb 19, 2026 10:54:07 PM
Summary: The rooms were clean. But there was insufficient heating in the bathroom and insufficient blackouts in the bedroom. The food offered was good. The champagne bar was disappointing with only two champagne offered by the glass. There was a single free Tesla destination. The area around the Hotel was picturesque.

Summary: Beautiful building and lovely room. Limited dining options
