Positive: Beautiful house in peaceful location, incredibly friendly and helpful owners, swimming pool was a bonus after a long drive, really enjoyed the ‘Table D’hotes’. Bonus to find there was an EV charger on site which means we are departing for another big drive on 100 percent.

Positive: Fady and Cynthia were lovely and very welcoming - my mum has really wanted to stay in a Chateau so I booked this for her birthday as a surprise - I had told Fady and Cynthia that it was my mum's birthday so imagine my surprise as well as hers that Cynthia had baked her a birthday cake and she and Fady and another lovely lady brought it out to the table singing Happy Birthday - it made my mum's day so thank you so much guys. The Chateau is set in beautiful grounds with a lovely small lake - unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the pool which is a shame. The history of the Chateau is fascinating and Fady and Cynthia are truly passionate about their Chateau. We would definitely stay again. And thank you once again.

Negative: Just a suggestion - although breakfast was lovely with fresh pastries and selection of jams etc perhaps some fresh not concentrate orange juice and maybe some cold meats and cheeses to make it truly continental. We appreciated the bag to take the uneaten pastries away with us.

Summary: You made an old lady very happy! She still talks about her birthday stay and birthday cake!

Positive: Fantastic property, lovely grounds and a spacious room for our family of four with a separate kids bedroom. Great hosts, very welcoming and we loved Cynthia’s cooking for dinner. Our boys (aged 3 and 6) really enjoyed playing football with the boys that live there too and meeting the two cats that live there.

Positive: Family friendly, incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying several hours later than we had originally planned the following day as our children were having so much fun playing with the owners’ children as we relaxed by the pool.
