Positive: We were very tired from backpacking and the beautiful luxurious room, with bathtub and all the amenities, including complementary juice and beer, were so so nice! The bed and bath were super comfortable

Negative: I hadn’t realized how lively that part of town was. It was not a bother in the room, but I was expecting a more upscale environment for the upscale hotel.

Positive: Everything was great. The location, view, and room were very, very good. The price is ok for Switzerland.

Negative: The breakfast is quite expensive, 39 chf per person looks overpriced, but there are many options outside.

Positive: We had a lovely room overlooking the Lake. Good sizes room, and en suite. Spotlessly clean. The Hotel location was perfect for us, easy to walk into the Town or around the Lake. The swimming Pool was clean and warm. Car Parking on site.

Positive: Love the castle feel. Fantastic views. Balcony room was worth it. Great restaurant. Loved the seating lounge/bar outside by the water. Staff were very helpful if we needed anything.
