Positive: We liked the location, the beautiful building; maybe a little tired in places, but we know how difficult & expensive it is to maintain such a chateau. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and his staff and the dinner was terrific. Breakfast was good, too.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Suffice to say, we would book again.

Positive: The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Lots of fresh juices, yoghurts, eggs and bakery goods. The location is convenient for major routes and is very quiet and secluded.

Negative: We were disappointed with the property in reality compared to the description and photos online. Our room was very basic and whilst it was clean, overall it didn’t seem good value or live up to the expectation of a “chateau” experience.

Positive: We were very late and they left the gate and front door open for us. Plesant surprise that a cooked breakfast was available in the morning.
