Summary: It was great, however They insisted that they didn’t have info that one of the kids was 12 (despite that was part of the info requested when I booked) and unlike other hotels on this trip they didn’t make the room arrangements for this and an extra bed was not provided, so bed arrangements were not ideal

Summary: I have stayed in Tokyo at many different 4-5 star hotels and this is beyond my favorite!!!! It is close to everything including Shibuya crossing. The staff is so professional and nice. The views are mind blowing. This is the only hotel I would recommend to stay again at.

Summary: Amazing hotel in an ideal location to explore Tokyo from Shibuya. Staff were thoroughly attentive and did a matvellous job of looking after us. The top floor drinks lounge offered a fantastic view over the city with exquisite drinks.

Summary: Amazing 5 star hotel with excellent beds, rooms and food. The food was also excellent. Be sure and includethe breakfast buffet during your stay. My wife and son loved it. Also, it's in an excellent walkable location in the Shibyua, Tokyo district. We also loved the pajamas they provided us nightly.

Summary: Hotel was fantastic. Not the best for children. Gym and pool area not available to children. Mostly business travelers. Although it is in a great location and very nice facilities. Would have preferred staying somewhere else with family.

Summary: Upon arrival to the hotel, staff and service were great. Check-in was easy and quick and the rooms were amazing. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower and the city lights at night. I recommend a corner room as that felt spacious. The bathroom was clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. Location was great! Walking distance to shibuya scramble, the shibuya station

Summary: across the highway from shibuya crossing. Immaculate facilities and the breakfast buffet was one of our favorite meals. there's a 7-11 on the top floor (outside) which was so convenient.
