Positive: The property has large, cozy and very clean rooms, reasonable breakfast (we appreciated the home made berry jams), served at the property's restaurant, where you can also have a good lunch or dinner served by friendly, well trained waiters. Free parking at the property. Despite being located near the main road, it is pretty quiet. The terrace offer a nice view of the nearby hills and the refreshing greenery of the property yard. Good value for money.

Negative: - Although we had received a Booking.com confirmation for a double room and a single room, we later got a message from the property saying that the single was not available; therefore, we ended up booking two doubles for three people. Not big deal - and a slip-up understandable to a certain extent, but the receptionist gave us a rather cold welcome (she was smoking and talking on her phone near the entrance door when we arrived, and didn't rush to follow us into the hall, nor was she too friendly in the frugal conversation we had at check-in :( . Her attitude was in stark contrast to that of the obliging and attentive young staff at the bar and restaurant. - Missing fridge and small garbage container in the rooms; bathroom drain could be better maintained.
