Summary: I had a spacious room. Housekeeping service by Mostak (??) was exceptional, didn't miss a thing. Front desk staff were all very helpful. And kudos to Vincent and the other young man who helped me with my luggage at both check-in and check-out. Hotel and my room were very clean. Great location, 5-7 walk from Metro. Good value, would highly recommend. NOTE: this was not a perfect stay. I sent the hotel a message or two through Expedia, reconfirming my special requests. This was five months in advance. I received no acknowledgment or reply. Not impressed. Fortunately, the fellow who checked me in made things right. As well, the walls are paper thin and I had loud neighbours who were up talking very loudly at 1am/2am. The first night security talked to them and they quieted down. The next night there were kids yelling and running in the hallways, and slamming doors. This was around 1230/100am, and I phoned front desk again. I don't think security did anything because the kids did not quiet down. I was disappointed. But overall, it was a lovely stay and I would have been happy to stay even longer. TIP: If you are coming from the airport on the Metro with luggage, I would not take the National Museum exit. Although it is a bit shorter, the path is a bit gravelly/stoney and lugging my suitcase across this type of surface was very difficult.
