Summary: I paid a very high rate for this room because it had a fireplace. But the fireplace turns off every 15 min automatically and you have to get up and turn on the timer on the wall, and it makes a loud ticking sound the whole time its on. I never would have paid so much had they been transparent about the fireplace. The worst part was I paid such a high price with expedia (and no breakfast is even included) but the hotel was only charging much less in person for the same room. Both expedia AND the hotel refused to match my rate. I wont stay here ever again and I also wont use expedia ever again either.

Summary: Didn’t go to the pool. The balcony has a great view of the man made lake. Beautiful fall colors around it. Good selection of places to eat.

Summary: First time staying at this hotel - and in Tualatin: this property way exceeded my expectations. Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, many with balconies. And located in a wonderful, walkable area .. restaurants, shopping or just exercise (shout out to Tualatin on that.) 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: Taking shower was disastrous because red water coming out for few or maybe more miutes. Smell mold black spot in hot tub. My plan was to stay 3 nights but end up one nights.

Summary: I didn’t hate this place or love it. But I def did not feel like I got a $300/night room. My room had an odd smell like my grandpa’s hair cream cabinet, the toilet didn’t flush that well, and just overall not very impressive considering the price. Kinda underwhelming.
