First and foremost, welcome to your home away from home!! My name is Andrew. My wife, Kasia, and I will be your hosts for your stay. Please feel free to text/call us for any concern you may have during your stay. We would love to earn a 5-star review from you and hope you enjoy your stay :)
The house is located in a quiet, central neighbourhood. Enter the property through the side door (south side of the house). The main living area and kitchen are an open-concept design with modern finishes. The house is a 3 bed 1 bath. The entire suite is a basement suite. The only stairs you will need to use are to enter the premises. The living area includes a large, comfy sofa with an armchair that includes a pullout ottoman/footrest. There is a 55 inch smart tv in the living room which is equipped with a ROKU streaming stick for convenient streaming. Most popular apps are pre-installed for ease of use.
Upon checkout, the house is cleaned/sanitized top to bottom. Linens are replaced with freshly washed sheets and high contact surface areas are wiped down.
The rooms:
Room 1: Queen size bed, 1 bedside table, blackout curtains, and a large closet.
Room 2: Queen size bed, 1 bedside table, blackout curtains, and a large closet.
Room 3: Twin bed with a dedicated work station at the bedside.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink with counter space vanity, privacy screen on the windows, and high efficiency toilet.
The backyard is accessible through the side of the house. There is a large yard, and the house is directly across the street from a massive school field, playground, and basketball hoops.

Summary: These hosts helped us out when stranded by another Vrbo. Communicated quickly and the suite was clean, comfortable and a great location in North Edmonton. Will stay here again if in town.

Summary: The property was clean and was as advertised. 3 bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was in safe spot, I had no issues with the car even though it was parked on the street. Whoever was upstairs was very quiet and there were no issues at all. The beds were clean and comfy. The hosts were very responsive even with the couple of silly questions we had (yes, there is a hair dryer there). We had a need for three bedrooms due to our travel arrangements and this worked out perfectly, we didn't feel cramped at all and it was much more cost effective than renting two hotel rooms for example. The only thing (and no fault of the owners!) we were disappointed with is the school across the road had their gates locked so the kids weren't able to get to the playground without doing some fence hopping. I would consider staying here again anytime I'm in Edmonton.

Summary: We traveled from overseas and were grateful to be able to stay here as it's a fully equipped apartment! Very clean and anything you can think of, they've got it. Andrew and Kasia are very nice hosts, they responded to our inquires and requests quickly. There is a public school right across the street and our kids enjoyed playing in the field every afternoon. Middle Eastern bakery, pizza shop and cake shop are just few minutes' walk from the suite. Would love to stay here again.
