The space
Head inside to the living room you will find a cozy area with large windows and plenty of natural light. There is a dedicated workspace area in the living room with a desk and a chair. The formal dining room is adjacent to the living room. and around the corner is a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, quartz counter, stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom features an in-suite bathroom with updated vanity and standing glass shower. The remaining bedrooms share a bathroom with a combo tub/shower. Outside you will find a large back deck overlooking a beautiful backyard. Guests have access to the entire home.
Details to note:
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Everything you need to cook for your group. The kitchen also has 2 bar stools at the counter top.
The living room is equipped with a smart TV . You will have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling TV, and Youtube.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have comfortable queen size mattresses. In addition, all bedrooms have dressers, night stands, night lamps and ample closet space.
The master bedroom has a Samsung TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube are available and can be accessed through own credentials.
Samsung washer and GE Dryer are available for laundry. We provide a travel size laundry detergent for each stay.
In addition, we provide linens, fresh towels, a blanket, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, travel size body wash, shampoo & conditioner
The house has a circular driveway with plenty of parking spaces, a large patio and large yard. There is plenty of space for a boat, trailers, etc.
The house is located near the main road amking it very accessible to the interstate I-485 (1/4 miles)
Check-in is at 4pm, Check-out is at 11am. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
If you have an infant and you need a high chair, it is available upon request.
We have a professional cleaner come in before your stay, so you can always expect a clean and tidy home.
All guests including visitors (which is max 7 people) MUST be on the reservation. We are very strict with it to avoid parties, celebrations, events, and damages.

Summary: My crew and I were in town for construction work, the beds were super comfortable and the house was spacious enough for four grown men to all have their own space! The kitchen and open dining room and living made it easy to cook meals after work. If your leike me and game while on the road the internet was great for online gaming i had no issues playing with friends

Summary: The house was clean, very roomy. The deck is big and was a nice place to hang out during the day. Rated it a 4 for neighborhood as the property is right on a main road that was very busy (noisy). Host was very quick to respond with good communication.

Summary: We came in from Minnesota to gather with some North Carolina family. We wanted somewhere to meet for meals and games and family time. We had 8 at the house, 3 couples had a private room and two college-aged kids had their own space as well. The house is large and sunny and comfortable. Furniture encourages gathering and relaxing and crown molding was a classy touch. Lots of natural light and lamps, end tables and coffee tables for papers and games. My 85 year old Dad could join us and move around easily with all hardwood floors in the main areas. Plenty of room by the front door to drop off shoes when entering. Lovely rocking chairs on front porch where we drank coffee as the sun came up. Nice big back deck too. Big kitchen, plenty of space to cook for the group. In the weeks preceding, I had many questions for Kamila and she was always always really fast to answer and very helpful in her answers. Summary: We were in Charlotte for Easter weekend. The weather was terrible; we were really happy to have such a spacious house to hang out in. Very clean and we wanted for nothing. Everything we needed was in the house and the host made the whole experience easy.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed three bedroom house. Extra TV in the master bedroom was a huge plus. Easy to cook and do laundry when on the road. Location is convenient to the downtown, airport and US National Whitewater Center. Only downside the house is on a main road and the car lights come through the window blinds at night and some noise when trying to sleep.
