The house is located in a quiet, central neighbourhood. The main living area and kitchen are an open-concept design with modern finishes. The house is a 3 bed 1 bath. The entire suite is a single floor; no stairs needed! The living area includes a large, comfy sectional with an ottoman for some relaxing laying around at the end of a busy day. There is a 55 inch smart tv in the living room which is equipped with a ROKU streaming stick for convenient streaming. Most popular apps are pre-installed for ease of use.
Upon checkout, the house is cleaned/sanitized top to bottom. Linens are replaced with freshly washed sheets and high contact surface areas are wiped down.
The rooms:
Room 1: King size bed, 2 bedside tables, black out curtains, and massive closest with sliding mirrored doors.
Room 2: Queen size bed, 1 bedside table, blackout curtains, and a large closet with sliding mirrored doors.
Room 3: Queen size bed, 1 bedside table, blackout curtains, and a large closet.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink with counter space vanity, privacy screen on the windows, and high efficiency toilet.
The backyard is accessible either through the side of the house. There is a large yard, and the house is directly across the street from a massive school filed, playground, and basketball hoops.

Summary: The listing was incredible, the property was loaded and super clean, amazing neighbourhood as well, very close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores! Was very easy to get around, overall just an amazing stay. Hosts were awesome and very responsive as well. Had absolutely no issues. Would definitely rent again!
