Negative: Couldn't get the TV to work. No Satellite signal. Single beds should be in the small room. There was no room to move in that room with the double bed. Did not find the information sheets in the bottom drawer until the 2nd day.

Summary: Nice and warm and plenty of room for us downstairs. Lack of TV annoying but not the end of the world

Positive: Had everything we needed for the long weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and so was the Chalet in general. Could not fault it and would stay again in the future. In a quiet area but only a few minutes to either end of town. For cafes,shops or pubs. Lots of walks and bike rides close bye.

Negative: TV was not working tired to tune it but gave up trying in the end. No instruction booklet for the property in general may have been in a draw somewhere. But was unsure what to do with the Rubbish and recycling because of the lack of instructions. Damage to the fence surrounding the property and brambles Starting to come through the deck. Little bit of wear on one of the sofas

Positive: Very comfortable. Well equipped and clean.

Negative: Steep steps to the bedrooms upstairs and the bedrooms felt cramped. However, the sofa downstairs converts to a bed which was comfortable. No where to dry clothes outside. No instructions on how to use the washing machine. No dishwasher.

Positive: Location, views. The chalet is cosy, convenient and comfortable.

Negative: No small frying pan, no shower gel nor shampoo, no instructions concerning WiFi - had to call the agency to be told where to find the router and the password on it.

Positive: Really great location for us, as we were skiing. Loved the fold out couches for lying and watching a good selection of movies.

Negative: The rooms were a bit small but they served their purpose.

Positive: Cleand and lovely and warm on arrival. We'll appointed and newly decorated.

Negative: No welcome information pack. Subsequently found in the bottom drawer in kitchen , so no wifi for 24 hours. TV remote didn't work, batteries found to be corroded and needed to be replaced. Unable to open ranchslider with keys provided, which is a safety issue. Personally we think the steepness of the stairs requires a handrail on the outside for safety purpose's. These two issues could breach Health & Saftey requirements.

Summary: Appreciated the heat pump being on when we arrived. Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation.
