Positive: Extremely Clean, tidy, everything you need in a room was there. Kitchen had free coffee and tea.

Negative: Location was in a residential area not so much of food or any touristic activity around. Also the neighborhood might not feel the best especially at night but definitely better value for money vs what you would pay at the center. However its also only 15 mins walk to the main historic attractions and 20 mins to the center.

Summary: Good value for money, recommended if you’re not really keen on being central.

Positive: Apartment is very clean,free parking on the street. Location amazing and near to the historical centre. Laura is very nice. We had water and coffee any time free of charge which makes the stay even more pleasant

Negative: There was a small inconvenience about the shower because the water didnt go properly through the drain but it waa not that big of a problem

Positive: I really enjoyed the value of the accommodation and its proximity to the city center. During the first night of my stay, I experienced some plumbing issues, but the owners swiftly responded to my concerns and repaired everything the next day. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I particularly enjoyed how responsive and caring the owners were throughout my stay; they treated me with genuine respect and care. Palermo, being my first taste of Sicily, was more enjoyable given the heartfelt hospitality that I experienced while staying here. My stay was so enjoyable that I would return in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this accommodation as a solo traveler.
