Positive: Our stay in this duplex apartment had several positive aspects. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything a guest might need. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the overall amenities were good. I would also like to highlight the underground parking spot provided with the apartment, which was very valuable and convenient during our stay. Additionally, the recommendation to try the Italian restaurant in the building was much appreciated - we had a fantastic meal there!

Negative: Upon arrival, I followed the instructions to retrieve the keys from the lockbox but the provided combination did not work. After several attempts, I had to call the landlord while my family waited in the hallway after our long and exhausting trip. It turned out that the cleaning crew had changed the combination prior. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the floors. Despite being told the apartment was freshly cleaned, it was clear that the floors had not been properly mopped. Within an hour, our socks were visibly dirty from simply walking around. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any short-term rental, and I even had to ask my three-year-old daughter not to sit or play on the floor, which was quite disappointing. Finally, although checkout was scheduled for 11:00 AM, the cleaning staff arrived around 10:45 and attempted to enter while we were still leaving. The agreed checkout time should be respected from both sides. P.S. Despite the nice apartment and the landlord’s communication, I did not appreciate receiving a message suggesting that a review below 8 on Booking would be undesirable in order to maintain the property’s rating. Reviews should remain honest and objective for the sake of transparency.
