Summary: Both Grace on our first evening and Thomas on our last morning made us feel like guests, not customers. The room was lovely, but as I discussed with Thomas, for our next visit I will request a walk in shower for my knees. And I plan on staying there again. They took special care of me at breakfast and it was wonderful.
