Some of the details of this beautiful home include: 1/2 acre lot, newly built, salt pool and spa inside of screen enclosure, lake side property, large stand alone soaking tub in master, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. The extra long driveway has tons of space to park your vehicles**Maximum amount of cars parked at the home is 6**. 25-30 minute drive to USSSA Sports Complex, 1 hour drive to Orlando Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 drive to Disney parks and 20 minute drive to several beaches. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are within an hours drive. Business travelers are welcome for long term stay as well!
Although I want you to enjoy your stay to the utmost level, you must also be respectful of this peacefully quiet community. This is not a party house, so excessively loud outdoor noises, guests parking down the street, large events or unapproved gatherings/parties will not be tolerated and may result in your stay being cancelled without a refund. If you'd like to fish(catch and release) in the lake, you must do so only on my property directly behind the home. There are no motorized water activities allowed on the lake in this community. Please use caution when around or in the lake and do not let small children or pets venture near the edge of the lake.
Please use extreme caution when using the pool. Children should be supervised in and around the pool at all times. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the pool and hot tub.

Summary: Property was better than advertised. It was ideally set up for our family that had come to celebrate a 80th birthday with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was great- easy drive to beaches, restaurants and only 30 min from Vero airport. Lots of towels were provided which is a super plus. The pool and hot tub were great and the host Cindy immediately responded to any communication. Would definitely book again.

Summary: This property was wonderful for our family time. The house was exactly as described, pool area and lake were fun bonus areas. Communication with the owner was easy, responses usually received within one hour. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

Summary: The home was more than can be seen online, the attention to detail was wonderful, more than enough room for a large get togethers like we did Christmas Day and early evening, the grand kids loved the pool as so did I and everyone else, couldn’t as for a more perfect time for family and friends to get together, so wonderful, host made everything very easy, All spelled out, and a wonderful time, thank you so much for our family to get together on a wonderful holidays, Thank You, we definitely refer this property and the host, Happy New Years and Thank You Bery Much

Summary: We had 15 people ranging in age from 6-68 and everyone had a bed. Accommodations were comfortable. One bedroom downstairs for the older couple and all the rest slept upstairs. Pool was comfortable and we used it just about every day. Would rent again

Summary: Our stay was amazing! My grandmother recently turned 100, so we were visiting Florida to celebrate her birthday. There were 13 of us staying in the house with ages ranging from 13 to 78. Everyone raved about what a great find the house was. The layout of the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, the view of the lake was calming, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated my grandmother's birthday at the house and loved that there was a leaf to expand the dining room table for us all to eat around. Communication with Cindy was excellent! She was always quick to respond, especially when we needed the hot tub to be heated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and everyone in the family was pleased. Thank you, Cindy!!

Summary: This house was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and they even left snacks. The check out process was super easy. The only complaint we had was having to pay extra to heat the hot tub and then did not have the ability to turn it on and off without contacting the host.

Summary: Overall stay was good. Beautiful house located on the lake. Plenty of room for guest. The host was hospitable. Lots of rules. The only thing I did not like, was calling the host and asking them to turn on the hot tub but they were very punctual when asked. Good times
