Positive: I like the fact it was located very close to the FH WIener Neustadt

Negative: I was deeply disappointed by the fact that I couldn't cook. When one books an airbnb that means will want to cook something to cut on the gastronomy costs and don't eat outside. According to informaton left by the property, the smoke sensors were very sensitive and in case of activation of such sensors the fire brigade would come and I would need to pay for it from my own pocket (EUR 470) !!! The kitchen hood was either very small and invisible or non-existent. I did not take a risk to cook in this place. I would not recommend this place if someone wants to actually use it as airbnb and not a hotel. Bettter to book a hotel for this price. The toilet was terribly dirty. i wouldn't recommend it for this price because it's simply not worth it. I had issues with the retrieval of chips from the box and the number left in the message was not answering..

Summary: This should not be categorized as airbb if one cannot cook, and should be better cleaned.

Negative: Bed was uncomfortable. Main door was too noisy, we heard everything from the hallway.

Summary: Good value for money, but you can ‘t sleep if you are sensitive for noises during the night.

Negative: There's no air conditioning, and the lighting is inadequate. There's only one lightbulb in the room. Even the bathroom has only one towel rack. There's no refrigerator, just a minibar filled with two bottles of water. There's no internet connection. If you have a laptop, you can only use it with an ADSL cable. There's no staff at the hotel. Everything is handled remotely, via text, email, or password. Long-term guests should bring a towel; towel changes and room cleaning are charged.

Positive: The location was really nice, easy to find, the instructions provided were very clear, the room was cosy, comfortable and clean, the stay there was very pleasant.

Negative: The toiletries included could've been better (the amount wise).

Summary: Overall a very nice place to stay at, i will be happy to book the place again in the future :)

Positive: The location of the accommodation was very good as it was very close to the University, it was also very close to main places in the city and it was easy to reach different spots on foot, without need to go by bus or take a taxi. There was no breakfast provided as a kitchen was in the room supplied with necessary things - cuttlery, cups, plates, washing liquid, sponge, paper towel, etc. The room and the bathroom was very clean. On the first day my colleagues and I had a problem with the Internet (the password provided did not work), a new registration online was needed (that I managed to do only at the university next day using university wifi) using the instructions sent by the hosts.

Negative: The building has tower-like stairs that may not be very convenient to people with big or heavy suitcases. I personally was OK with that.

Summary: A studio apartment with good location at reasonable price
