Positive: Central location, free parking, clean and warm appartment.

Negative: You have to wait long for hot water in the shower (specific for old town Vilnius). There is some smell in the bathroom, not too disturbing, but not fresh.

Positive: The location of the accommodation and parking in the inner courtyard were excellent. Easy check-in, keys in the keybox. The accommodation and parking instructions were accurate, including photos and video.

Negative: Unfortunately, the shower drain in the bathroom smelled. The dishes were dirty. The equipment is very worn, but it could be an absolutely luxurious maisonette apartment if the owners took care of it with love.

Positive: It's our second time staying in the apartments. So I can compare to a year ago at this stage. The location is excellent. Old Town at its best. Bolt Food is a handy app if you want to eat in or choose from plenty of restaurants all nearby. Just mind the stairs, the apartment is on the 2nd floor. It can be hard to find the first time but the instructions provided are quite detailed. Dishwasher, 2 A/C units, fully equipped kitchen with cutlery for 4, toilet with shower. All as described. They now have shower gel dispenser since small bottles a year ago. Thank you. It was enough for a family of 5 this time. Spacious, central, convenient - 3 buzz words for this property. Free parking, enough towels, bed spaces and bed linen for 6 pax.

Negative: The smell in the shower was awful. I think the apartment stayed idle for a few days (?) with stagnant water causing the issue. It did not disappear though after 5 people took shower. There was some dust on the towel rail as well. Shower head needs replacement (easy couple of euros fix). Bottle of water in the fridge would be a nice touch on arrival. And TV with 4 remotes is a challenge. Despite whole paragraph with instructions I had to delegate it to kids: they managed to get it going in the evening but failed the next day.
