Positive: The location is excellent, and the property is clean and very well maintained. But the best thing is the staff, particularly Belen and Josiane at the reception, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Excellent service overall.

Negative: The rooms are a bit small.

Positive: Our stay is Nov. 16th -17th Not October......we have stayed with you a few times. We have booked 3 rooms for our family. Please have reserved 3 nice rooms for us when we are there in November. Thank-you Phillip Marcus

Positive: The staff was friendly and the location was very good. The breakfast was decent as well.

Negative: There were 2 of us but we only received 1 key. We asked for 2 single beds but the bed was joined when we went up to the room. The clerk told us we would have to separate it ourselves by pushing them apart. We were just two friends staying for one night, but the bathroom was open, so while one was bathing, the other couldn't go to the face basin or toilet. That delayed us. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. There is no porter to assist with the bags.

Summary: Okay, but not great.
