Summary: The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and a very short walk into Santander centre. The Center Suites have a multilingual self check in machine and lots of information was provided in advance. Upon arrival we were met by Mar and Irina; two wonderfully friendly ladies who assisted us and provided us with so much useful information about the city, recommending places to visit, how to get there by bus, boat, walking etc. and recommending places to eat and drink. They checked everything was in order with the room and just added a level of personal service that you don’t get in many places these days. Fabulous !

Summary: The team was extremely communicative and helpful before and during our stay. They checked in a few days before our arrival. We got in ahead of schedule and the team had the room available. The room was spacious and modern. The terrace was a nice touch and space - we look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend

Summary: The accommodations were impeccable. Maya was very helpful with recommendations. The location is a couple of blocks from the center. Parking can be a bit challenging but again Maya was very helpful. The facility is located on a sloped street but the town has installed electric escalators which are located about 300’ from the property door as you exit left.

Summary: This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am.

Summary: Had a great stay in Santander with Oskar and team, everybody was very helpful allowing us to leave bags before check in, making sure the bed configuration was comfortable for four friends and answering any questions we had. Great location near to the bus stop, supermarket next door and all of Santander a walkable distance away. Thanks!

Summary: Center Suites are located in an excellent central location and a small supermarket on the same street was very useful. The room was a good size with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge which was a bonus. The standard of cleaning was very high, and towels changed when requested. Information provided beforehand by Oskar was very helpful in getting to the property and also useful information on local restaurants. The team were also available to contact during our stay in person and via WhatsApp which was particularly helpful during a power outage. We would definitely return and recommend the property!

Summary: The room and the property were spotless. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever encountered! Clean, spacious and complete bathroom with gel/shampoo. It's not far away from nice places to eat and for a night drink too. Lovely helpful staff that helped us through the check-in process. An overall recommended stay experience.
