Positive: Perfect location in the center. Nice, cosy and big house, there were enough place for 6 people
Negative: Only small thing can be improved-kettle and coffee maker should be cleaned from inside.

Positive: The house is lovely. The one bedroom made available to us on the top floor was very large and very nice, with a great balcony.
Negative: Our booking was for a three bedroom house which also had a living room with a sofa bed, and said that we had booked the whole house. However, when we got there we found that the owner/manager had locked one of the bedrooms - so we could not access it. When we said we would like to access it, they said they only open the third bedroom for parties of 5 upwards (we were a party of 4). We were not told this when we paid for the property. The owner/manager was also not that communicative. This is a shame - as otherwise the house is lovely and the town is lovely too. This is the first time I believe I have left a review on Booking.com which is not strongly positive. It is also the first time I have had to re-submit a review because the first one got stuck on constant buffering. A positive review I did seconds later for another property, went through successfully without any buffering issues. Strange.

Positive: Location is walking distance to town and seems secure. Parking in front of the house was easy. The home itself was spacious, relatively modern, and clean, and there was enough space for four of us to sit in the living room and the kitchen. Access was easy using code and key lockbox, and communication with the proprietor was also relatively easy.
Negative: The house feels just barely furnished enough to live in, with few of the comforts that make it feel pleasant and cozy to be inside. No rugs, bare walls, cheap furniture haphazardly arranged, etc. Kitchen has just enough cookware to make a simple meal on the stove; no ovenware. No washer, and note that one of the beds (either a double or queen) is a sofa bed (although one of us found it comfortable enough, another said it would not have worked for him). The price at least seemed proportional to the comfort level. Worth noting: The house is located right next to an auto shop, but this did not cause a noise or any other problem -- just a matter of aesthetics, which many people might not care about. Also, a neighbor practices drums for hours in the afternoon/evening. He seems very talented -- and good for him for practicing! -- and we did not hear him late at night. Just worth being aware of this as a prospective renter.
