Summary: The room was great. Common areas were also very nice. This was New Years Eve and the entire facility was wofully understaffed. The check in prosses was hampered by only having 2 staff members when 4 terminals were available. The line was 30 mins long to check in. The biggest disaster was in the restaurant and bar. We orserd drinks and waited for a table. Finally we had to clear our own table because the staff could not get to it. We ordered food and after waiting for 45 mins we never got food. Left without dinner. diaaster was in the rwa

Summary: Room was fine but underwhelming. Not a fan of the design of the shower: no door or curtain just a gap in the glass wall, the rainshower style head was opposite the control so you had to stand in the cold to turn the heat up. The restaurant wouldn’t give the time of day.

Summary: Nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was terrible and the heat woke us several times in the night because it was rattling. For the price it was fine but we were really hoping with the Davenport group buying the hotel it would be more comfortable.
