Positive: Good location, attached to mall. Rooftop pool was nice. The Executive Suite is quite large with a nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable bedroom with separate day bed.

Negative: Their best room - Executive King Suite - has bare walls and floors. They really need to add area rugs and wall hangings to lower the noise level and add design warmth.

Negative: This is a lovely hotel and in a good location the clean standard are so lacking. I really don’t want to write this as a review because I really love the hotel but if you pull back the curtains and look behind, there’s an flyers and dead insects everywhere if you’re outside under the seat area is grubby food causes loads of mosquitoes to be there and then if you overall look at the cleanliness of the ground floor, what they need to do is remove the furniture and do a professional clean, not a slap – lick of a mop this is not a house and it needs to be professionally cleaned inside and out side. I’ve watched the staff come along and instead of using a detergent spray or somet hing like that or just using an old cough that be drying on the side And use that to wipe off the moisture of wet drinks and then put her back on the side to dry really don’t want to write this review, but this hotel really really really needs to do deep deep clean, and the staff that are cleaning hotel needs to be trained or updated in our training about cleanliness is
