Summary: Enjoyed my stay but had a few issues with my room - light in the bathroom did not work and water pressure in the shower was low. However, the hotel overall was really lovely and I would stay again. Just make sure that you book any spa treatments in advance as these book up very quickly.

Summary: Lovely hotel. Upgraded to room with a balcony. Excellent customer service. Comfortably bed. Beautiful view from the balcony, Excellent choice for breakfast. I am a coeliac and the gluten free requirements were catered for.

Summary: Room ok but our first room the air con or telephone worked so we had to move rooms The second room did sell of smoke but they did offer the freshen it up. The breakfast was very average food quality not as good as in previous visits

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed catching up with a friend the food couldn’t be faulted. Very comfortable beds. The carpets need attention also bathrooms need a deep clean and dust the occasional table between the arm chairs in the bedroom.

Summary: I ordered a meal from the bar burger and chips which was inedible I told the manager on duty who said she would take it off my bill as I had already put a deposit on my room. Check out was a nightmare in the morning as not enough staff I spoke with Rebecca who was very nice and said she would ring the bar however the queue was big and didn’t want to keep waiting any longer!
