Summary: We immensely enjoyed our stay at this resort. The highlights included all of the staff, including Dixie, Val, John, and the wonderful front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot her name). Even the intern at the bar was friendly and helpful. It is because of these people that we love Belize and your resort. The beach is beautiful, walkable to many different restaurants.

Summary: Like any first time visitors, we researched and questioned every detail about our trip to Belize. We finally happened upon and settled on booking with Ceiba. WHAT A BLESSING! They UNDERSTAND customer service! Everyone there made us feel welcome. Efi went above and beyond with scheduling, John was the most outgoing bartender, the property was meticulous. Our vacation was perfect!

Summary: Everything was great! Area about 30 minute drive from the village of Placencia. By the hotel, about 8 restaurants less than a mile walk. Easy parking at the hotel. Super clean, nice swim up bar in the pool. Excellent help from staff. Highly recommend.

Summary: The property generally had a cool atmosphere. I was there to attend a conference and my cabin had no closet space, hangers and iron. I was supplied with iron and hangers on request but had to find a way of hanging my clothes. I found that very off-putting.
